At WEP-India, we believe that when a young woman has confidence, skills, supportive networks, and real pathways to education and careers, she can transform not only her own life, but the lives of others around her.

Through our Leadership Academies in Hyderabad, Madurai, and Kadapa — and in partnership with grassroots organizations — young women build sisterhood, self-belief, and career readiness, supported by hybrid learning through LAMP, mentorship, SPARK masterclasses, and the Next Step Network connecting them to higher education and employment.
So far, WEP’s Leadership Academy model has guided thousands of young women to continue their education, enter meaningful work, and return as Alumnae Fellows and mentors, strengthening a community of women supporting women.
